Returns & Refunds

Because of the perishable nature of our products and our commitment to food safety, we regret that we cannot accommodate returns or issue refunds. Nonetheless, we strive for every order to result in a positive experience. Should you have any concerns or dissatisfaction with your order, please reach out to us, and we will work to find a solution.

Shipping Policy

Requested Shipping Date
During checkout, you may request a shipping date. The order will be shipped on that date. The chosen shipping method would determine the delivery date.
Shipping Status
You will receive an email or text with the tracking number once your order ships. You will also receive an email or text when the order is out for delivery and when it is delivered.
Gift Notes & Invoices
During checkout, you will have the opportunity to write a gift note. Invoices are never included. Unless you include a name in the gift note, the recipient will not know who sent the gift.
Shipping Delays
After your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, any subsequent delays are beyond our jurisdiction. Such delays could be attributed to various factors including weather conditions, air traffic, mechanical problems, or inaccuracies in the delivery address.
Address correction
Please make sure the shipping address you provide is correct. FedEx charges a fee of $22.50 for any address corrections. Any fees incurred as a result of an incorrect address will be the responsibility of the customer.
Warm weather shipping
For destinations where the temperature reaches 73ºF or higher, we adjust our shipping options accordingly. This may involve the use of ice packs and insulated mailers to maintain the quality of your order. Occasionally, a warm weather surcharge may apply, and in such instances, we will promptly contact you for your response to ensure timely shipment without any delays.
Product Receipt & Care
We kindly request that you inform the recipient that a perishable item is en route. It's imperative that all shipments are brought indoors promptly upon delivery. Upon receiving our products, please refrain from refrigerating them. Instead, store them in a cool, dry environment. For the best taste experience, we suggest enjoying our bonbons within 10 days of receipt.
PO Boxes
We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO. FedEx does not deliver to those addresses. Putting a PO box as your shipping address may result in a delay in your order.
Local Delivery
We can arrange for your order to be delivered within the Houston area via local courier service. It is important that the recipient be there to accept the delivery as we cannot accept a return of the product without an additional fee.
