Because we work with seasonal ingredients and craft everything by hand, slight variations in flavor or appearance may occur. Our bars, mendiants, and dragées have a shelf life of about 4 weeks when stored in a cool, dry place. Please keep all chocolates away from heat, sunlight, and strong odors.

Due to the perishable nature of our chocolate, our main shipping days are Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday. This is to prevent chocolates in transit over the weekend and to minimize their time en route to ensure freshness. The date chosen at checkout is the day your package leaves our facility. Tracking information will be shared as soon as the order is dispatched. If you are shipping to a warm weather destination, we may hold your packaging for the following Monday. We use FedEx for shipping so we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes & APO addresses.

The smells are equally exhilarating as the tastes in this bar. I expected the espresso to be the first thing I smelled when opening the package, but it was the delightful and distinctive aroma of cardamom that came to me first, then cinnamon, and then espresso and cacao. I adore the unique shapes of these bars, and taking small pieces off to melt in my mouth and experience the satisfying flavors blooming on my tongue.

Of everything I purchased, this was the best. The presentation was very nice, I liked the way it was stamped, it attractive but also made it easy to break into small enjoyable bites and easy to share.
