Every bonbon at Cacao & Cardamom is a little masterpiece—crafted by hand, layer by layer. From painting the molds with shimmering colors to filling them with silky ganache and sealing each piece with a satisfying snap, our process blends artistry and technique. Here's a peek behind the scenes at how we turn chocolate into an experience.
Absolutely fantastic. The packaging was super safe and cooling. The 3-tiered shelves felt like luxury. I don't like chocolate. It's fine, but I don't like it. I like flavors. This was exceptional. Each piece was interesting, WAY more than a chocolate truffle, and I will be purchasing again. The experience was excellent - fast delivery, fancy packaging, tasting notes, just lovely.
Cacao and Cardamon crafted two exquisite bonbons as my twin girls Sweet 16 party favors! pink and purple to match their theme colors. We went through several design rounds of until I was happy with the colors and flavors. Lillie was great to work with. Thank you Cacao and Cardamom for adding a sweet touch to my girls’ special day!

My family surprised me with a delivery from C&C for mother's day and it was the best gift a girl could ask for! I can't wait for my next visit in June to try specialty flavors that couldn't be ordered in the build your own box online.
That Blueberry lime, Guava tamarind and gooooey s'more are my must have in every box.
I ordered the 24 piece select your own sample box for my husband as an early Valentine present. He got it while I was out of town on a work trip (on purpose) and he waited for me to get home to eat any. (I would not have been so kind!) We call the box our "chocolate wardrobe" or "chocolate dresser" and eat 2-4 pieces each day. We have a cute little rating system we are using to rank them on a scale from 1-10. It has been a "date night" every night and we are having a blast!

These chocolates never disappoint! Ordered some for my wedding a few months ago and they were a hit! Besides these chocolates looking like art, they taste so good! I had to order another smaller round for Thanksgiving and they went faster than any of the traditional Thanksgiving desserts. Highly recommend. They ship fast and always comes well packaged and not melted. All the flavors are delicious but the biggest hit is the S'mores.
These are the best chocolates I have ever had in my life! I’m in Missouri. If I didn’t have to pay so much for shipping, I’d be ordering the box next up from the 24 piece box on a monthly basis. My son is only 12, but has a very mature pallet. Needless to say, I had to hide my box from him 🙂! Oh how I wish there was a location nearby! Keep making these beautiful, delicious chocolates for the world to experience!

.I purchased the 24 build a box, also 12 piece celebration and 12 pieces signature. Each were equally delicious. The mix of flavors were a delightful and often unexpected surprise. Your chocolates became a nightly treat for us..."what flavor would we experience next.", each as delectable as the other. To be honest I am not a big s'more fan, however yours, I took a second bite.

I got a custom box for my mother for Xmas. She's a fan of dark chocolate and exotic fruit flavors. She loved the packaging, the beautiful look of each piece, and most of all the strong fruit flavors in the caramels. Will definitely order again for the future.
Was a gift for my daughter's birthday. Everyone loved it and was taking pictures. My daughter generously invited us all to try a piece, and so we would look up what each piece was and discuss them. Turned out to be a perfect gift. The most beautiful chocolates I have ever seen!
These are most definitely the BEST chocolates I have ever had, and I have tried a lot from different countries and different companies. We even have friends who own a Belgian chocolate shop. None of them compare to Cacao and Cardamom. Not only are they gorgeous but each flavor profile shines through and you know you are tasting exactly what is described in the ingredients. Putting the chocolates in a box with drawers takes them to that next level.
