Every bonbon at Cacao & Cardamom is a little masterpiece—crafted by hand, layer by layer. From painting the molds with shimmering colors to filling them with silky ganache and sealing each piece with a satisfying snap, our process blends artistry and technique. What a beautiful and delicious box of chocolates! Highly recommend— these are high end chocolates that are as visually appealing as they are tasty. Delivery process was satisfactory as well, I will definitely be ordering more in the future.
Chocolates came right when expected. Every piece really looked like a jewel and was gorgeous and exceeded our expectations how they tasted. Husband has a sweet tooth and is very pleased. We are using it as an advent calendar and are so excited to try each one!

So happy to have tried Cacao & Cardamom! I’ve added them to what I now consider to be the top 3 U.S. chocolatiers, with C&C taking first place! (I have tried many.) While some chocolate collections are undefinable — even with a flavor card in front of you, C&C’s flavors are distinct, oh so delicious, and memorable. The shell snaps like it should, and all designs are gorgeous, making for a unique and beautiful presentation in a lovely container. I always have my faves, but in the case of C&C there are more than normal. They left me wanting more, that’s for sure!

We got the jewelry box and we’ve been slowly sampling the flavors each day. There are some approachable flavors if you have some people at the house who aren’t adventurous, but those willing to explore new flavor combinations will be rewarded. My favorites were the Five Spice Praline, the Pineapple Fennel and the Strawberry Szechuan.
This was a gift for my husband for Valentine's Day! Of course, my daughter and I shared with him and really enjoyed the chocolates! The box presentation is beautiful and each chocolate is beautifully made! They each have a very thin, snappy shell and delicious centers! Definitely some interesting combinations too :)

We bought the Jewelry Box set for my husbands’ parents and they absolutely loved them. I guess Valentines Day isn’t a good time to start a fight, but they were hiding the chocolates from each other. I’m sure it was all in good fun as they obviously both enjoyed them.
Cacao and cardamom is my new favorite artisan chocolate place. I love Asian flavors like Szechuan peppercorn, garam masala and black sesame. Cacao and cardamom incorporates these into really tasty and beautiful chocolates. The packaging was so nice and easy to store when I'm looking to lay around and indulge in a box of chocolates.
I am embarrassed to say how quickly I ate this bar. It is the tastiest chocolate bar I've ever had in my life. It is beyond delicious. Sweet, salty, smooth, and irresistible!
